potty training favs.
We just recently potty trained our little girl and boy at the same time! My daughter has autism and a speech delay so it has been SO hard potty training her. She is now 4 1/2 and I was hoping that if she saw her brother doing his duty on the potty then she would be more willing to try. Her brother is 2 1/2 and was SO ready to start! So we took a chance and did it all in ONE DAY with BOTH KIDS! It was CRAZY! But we did it!
We put the whole video on our YouTube Channel so we could remember as well as share it with you!
After we posted the video, we had a lot asking about the potty watch we use as well as the potty seats. So I have created this page to refer to! Below I have create a list of the items we used the day we potty trained that made things SO much easier for us. |
|
toilet seat cover. This seat sits right on the toilet. It has a non-slip bottom with a splash guard in front. I love this because it is easy to remove and the kids can put it on themselves.

potty. This worked great for my little man. He was able to sit on it by himself, there is a non-slip seal on the bottom, and the inside lining comes out for easy dumping.

POTTY WATCH.This potty watch helped us so much! You can set a timer for 30, 60, or 90 minutes and it will play music and light up every time it goes off to let the kids know it is time to sit.

UNDERWEAR.Making it fun for them to wear underwear is VITAL! So getting a fun set of new underwear can help. And letting them pick what they want helps even more!
