When my husband and I were first married, we made a goal to go on a different hike every weekend, and we stuck to it! We explored so many different trails and we just loved it! Then, when we had kids, things got a bit more difficult. Even though we don't make it every weekend, we still try to get out and go hike with them as often as we can. We want to take every opportunity we can while they are still little and can be carried in backpacks.
Incorporating yoga into your hiking trip can really change your hiking experience. It can can help prepare and recover your body and your mind no matter how intense or easy your hike may be.
