Recently, I have been pushing myself harder in my daily workout routine. I have been wanting to build more muscle, strength and endurance. I have been lifting harder and running longer. I have never pushed myself as hard as I have been lately, and due to this, I have never felt the need to keep up my yoga practice more than I do now. After my workouts, I feel tight, tired and sore. Getting on my mat and spending time doing yoga has brought me relief. This routine is one of many that I have been working on.
