Upward Facing Dog, or Urdhva Mukha Svanasana, is great on so many levels! Your little one isn't involved too much with this one, but they can be laying on the floor in front of you while you enjoy the pose. Reach your head up high as if there's a string attached to ceiling and it's pulling you up. Keep your shoulders back and away from your ears. This one is great for mild depression, stretching out the hips and core, and strengthening the back. There are so many other benefits to it as well. It try it out and see for yourself.
