It is great if you want to do yoga by yourself, or just learn more about it in general. It has awesome poses as well as routines you can do on your own to cure different aches and pains. It even has information on pregnancy and much more! This is a beautifully written book with loads of visual aids that will knock your socks off and make you want to get on that mat right away!
