Sarvangasana, or shoulder stand, is another one of my favorites! A few weeks ago I had a bad sinus infection and this was the pose that brought me relief! It is great for all headaches and colds. The list of benefits can go on and on for this one. But to just name a few... it improves self-confidence, digestion, circulation, and it can even boost your immune system!
The video below shows different poses you can do while in the Shoulder Stand. You do not have to be moving. You can stay with your hips and legs stacked on top of your shoulders for as long as you feel comfortable. Remember to always listen to your body.
