Here are some more of my favorite prenatal yoga poses that I loved while I was pregnant. It is so hard to find relief when you have aches and pains in pregnancy, but yoga can do amazing things! Try these few poses out and then contact me with requests, questions, or comments.
When you're pregnant it's hard to do any 'forward fold'. This wide leg stance is awesome for getting that in when you've got a belly in the way. You can take your feet as close as you want or as wide as you want. You can also use props to help support your upper body as you work your way down (chair, couch, blocks, partner, etc).
