This yoga routine is great to do at the end of the day right before preparing for bed.
It includes hip openers, twists, easy inversions, and so much more.
It begins with some side stretches and ends with some breathing exercises that will really prepare your body and mind for better sleep.
Not only can this routine be followed at night, but it can also be
done anytime during the day to relieve any stress or anxiety.
It is only 17 minutes long so it is a great flow to follow during any lunch break.
