Many of us hold onto our stress and let it build up as tension in our neck and shoulders. Yoga can help relieve that pain and tension. One of the best ways to start loosening and stretching the neck and shoulders is to get things moving. The easiest way to do that is by rolling your neck and head around in a circle and then do the same with your shoulders.

If you have any neck injuries, please use caution. If you feel pain, refrain from doing it altogether, then slowly built up strength and flexibility, and continue when you are able to progress without pain.
