Third time is the charm!
During this pregnancy, I knew what was coming and so I was able to prepare more than I did with the others. I knew that I needed better and more supportive clothing, I needed better shoes to prevent back and feet aches, I needed something to help me sleep better, and I needed something really good to continue to prevent stretch marks. So yes, you could say that this time was the best. It was the hardest pregnancy but at the same time it was the easiest because I was able to really prepare and get the items I needed to make my life easier. Below I have added just a few items that I really have loved that have made the difference.*
Supportive Shoes
During my pregnancies, my feet ache so badly. If I am on my feet for more than an hour the heels and balls of my feet really start to ache and then soon the pain starts to show itself in my lower back too. This time around, I found some comfy and supportive shoes that I could wear around the house. It seriously changed things for me! Especially now that I have two little ones to chase after and a ton more dirty laundry and dishes to do than I did with my first. ;) Click here for the shoes I decided on.
The last thing I would like to add that really changed my experience this time around was yoga... more and more yoga. I did a little bit of yoga during my first, more yoga during my second, but this time I really relied on it to relieve pain, anxiety, and more. I really know it made a huge difference and it has just enhanced my own personal practice even more.
