What is your motivation for sticking to your health goals? ️ My motivation is my family. I want to be here for my husband and kids for as long as possible. I want to see our kids find love and build their own families. I want to enjoy their children and maybe even their children's children. I want to be able to run and play with my grandchildren. I want to live my life to the fullest for as long as possible. If being healthy now means I get to live with my family longer... then it's 100% worth the effort right now.
