Mommy.yoga is for all mommies. On my blog I will focus on four main topics: Prenatal, Postnatal, Yoga with Kids (also known as Mommy and Me Yoga), and Personal Practice. In additional to these, I will share different recipes, stories, and other things that motivate me and my family to become the healthiest versions of ourselves.
Our bodies go through a lot during and after pregnancy. Prenatal yoga can help nurture and prepare the body for birth. Postnatal yoga can help heal and comfort the body after birth.
Mommy and Me Yoga:
After we have our babies, time seems to whither away quickly... that is why I love 'Mommy and Me' yoga so much! All you have to do is grab your mat, your little one, and off we go!
Usually, because we spend all of our time focusing on our babies, we forget to take care of ourselves. I am a big believer in getting our own personal practice in. We can't forget about ourselves during these sweet but crazy years.
