Cook beef with taco seasoning. Cook rice. Mix rice, corn, beans, and meat together. Mix enchilada sauce and chicken broth in a separate bowl. Layer in an 8x12" pan with 6 corn tortillas; pour a little enchilada sauce mix on them. Then pour half of the meat mixture on top of that. Add some cheese. Add 6 more tortillas on top of the mixture, enchilada sauce, then the rest of the meat mix. Take 4 tortillas and shred them on top. Cover with cheese.
Cook at 375 for 25 mins.
