Sliding sock workouts have become one of my favorites to do right at home! They are SO easy and so fun! They also workout your entire body... everything from you legs, core, back, arms shoulders... it all gets hit!
Here is a great workout to follow if you want to do a sliding sock workout! You can do all of these in the video or just a few. Have fun and enjoy!!!
This yoga routine is great to do at the end of the day right before preparing for bed.
It includes hip openers, twists, easy inversions, and so much more.
It begins with some side stretches and ends with some breathing exercises that will really prepare your body and mind for better sleep.
Not only can this routine be followed at night, but it can also be
done anytime during the day to relieve any stress or anxiety.
It is only 17 minutes long so it is a great flow to follow during any lunch break.
