nighttime yoga routine.

 This yoga routine is great to do at the end of the day right before preparing for bed.
​It includes hip openers, twists, easy inversions, and so much more.
​It begins with some side stretches and ends with some breathing exercises that will really prepare your body and mind for better sleep. 

Not only can this routine be followed at night, but it can also be
done anytime during the day to relieve any stress or anxiety.
It is only 17 minutes long so it is a great flow to follow during any lunch break.

You know... I’ve been thinking a lot lately... There is so much talk about how to take care of yourself during pregnancy and then how to recover post pregnancy, but what about before the tests reads positive?

Preparing your body before pregnancy can make all the difference! Imagine all the aches and pains experienced during pregnancy... and now imagine all those uncomfortable moments with a stronger healthier body. This doesn’t mean you won’t have any pains, but just think of how different it could be! That little package that will be growing inside of you is the most precious thing ever. And to prepare your body to host it for the first 9 months of its life is just as important as everything you will do for them after they are born.

So... whether your plan is the get pregnant in a month, six months, or in five to ten years, NOW is the best time to start.

Expect more from me on this topic. I am wanting to post more information on how to prepare your body for pregnancy. This will include the mind and the body from ways like building strength and muscle to meditation and breath control. I am excited to get started and start gathering the information I use to prepare my body for pregnancy.

​This eBook includes yoga routines with weights, cardio yoga routines that will get your heart rate up, as well as a silent, self-guided meditation that is focused on building strength mentally.

As you work on these routines, you will want to listen to your body. If you feel you need to take it slow, you should take it slow. But also remember that pushing yourself can bring the strength you may be looking for!

Now, with that being said, I have included modifications for every one of the routines. These modifications include ways to simplify the poses in order to ease your body into the workouts. OR if you are in need of a challenge during the workouts, I have provided that for you as well. Each routine has a challenge at the end, so if you are needing an extra push, you can choose to add it in.
