This yoga routine is great to do at the end of the day right before preparing for bed. It includes hip openers, twists, easy inversions, and so much more. It begins with some side stretches and ends with some breathing exercises that will really prepare your body and mind for better sleep. Not only can this routine be followed at night, but it can also be done anytime during the day to relieve any stress or anxiety. Now, with that being said, I have included modifications for every one of the routines. These modifications include ways to simplify the poses in order to ease your body into the workouts. OR if you are in need of a challenge during the workouts, I have provided that for you as well. Each routine has a challenge at the end, so if you are needing an extra push, you can choose to add it in.
