Banana Waffles are a staple in our home! They are easy, healthy, and yummy! If there is more batter left over, I like to add in some protein powder, stack 'em up and save them for later. Whether it's to the gym or a late night grocery run, it's an easy and healthy thing to grab as I'm on the go.
2 ripe bananas
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups milk
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
Top with peanut butter, sugar free syrup, or fresh fruit
