Lets begin with the basics here: Sun Salutation A (with baby of course).
Sun Salutation A is a series of eight poses put together to create movement and produce heat. Usually a yoga class, or routine, consists of multiple Sun Salutes. You can find them at the beginning of a routine as well as in between poses in a normal Hatha Yoga class. Each pose is coordinated with your breathing. You inhale as you 'rise' and exhale and you 'descend'.
Sun Salutation A is the most simple and most common of vinyasas (a sequence of poses put together). Below I have added a video of Sun Salutation A if you were to do it with your baby on your mat.
