You know... I’ve been thinking a lot lately... There is so much talk about how to take care of yourself during pregnancy and then how to recover post pregnancy, but what about before the tests reads positive?
Preparing your body before pregnancy can make all the difference! Imagine all the aches and pains experienced during pregnancy... and now imagine all those uncomfortable moments with a stronger healthier body. This doesn’t mean you won’t have any pains, but just think of how different it could be! That little package that will be growing inside of you is the most precious thing ever. And to prepare your body to host it for the first 9 months of its life is just as important as everything you will do for them after they are born.
So... whether your plan is the get pregnant in a month, six months, or in five to ten years, NOW is the best time to start.
Expect more from me on this topic. I am wanting to post more information on how to prepare your body for pregnancy. This will include the mind and the body from ways like building strength and muscle to meditation and breath control. I am excited to get started and start gathering the information I use to prepare my body for pregnancy.

I also love the the fact that I can remove the inside for a quick trip to the bathroom for a diaper change or remove it for washing purposes. I can also comfortably wear it as a backpack or fling it easily over my shoulder! Like I said, it has become my best friend lately and has been a great addition to our little family.
