We have been told that getting good sleep can make a difference with our mental, emotional, and physical health. So my husband and I decided to put it to the test!
Starting today, on June 10th, we will be doing a sleep challenge for the next 30 days! We will be first catching up on sleep, then getting into a good sleep routine to create long term healthy habits. We will be recording our daily progress and watching for improvements.
