I took a quick 10 min break from unpacking to do a 10 min workout the other day and can I just tell you... it felt OH SO GOOD! I’m feeling a cold coming on and getting my heart rate up was exactly what I needed.
Here is the routine I did:
I did each of these moves for 30 seconds and then repeated it 3 times. I then ended with an elbow plank for 60 seconds.
With all of these together it only took me 10 mins! Now that isn't so bad. So on a busy day without anytime to do a full workout, I can at least do this quick 10 min routine. #noexcuses
